Program on Artificial Intelligence and Geoeconomics (PAGE)

AI and geopolitics are both transforming the global economy. AI could raise productivity and living standards everywhere, but unequal AI preparedness and eroding trust across nations could instead concentrate its gains and destabilize the global economy.

The Global Economics Lab’s next project will aim to advance macroeconomic policies, markets, and international coordination that enable AI’s gains to be broadly shared.
